The platform helps users connect with hiring managers over email and LinkedIn for roles they are interested in, and uses calendar information to identify who a candidate is speaking to and what those people might ask. It also identifies skill gaps and points to free resources so candidates can close them, and surfaces jobs that are at least an 80% match to the user.
An AI assistant named Cura acts as a dedicated mentor that users can ask anything about their search. Placed also publishes playbooks and guides covering resumes, cover letters, ATS scanners, keywords, and interview preparation.
