Courses can be created in several ways. Managers can upload a PDF, PowerPoint or Word document and let AI turn it into a structured course, keeping the original content or enhancing it with images and questions. Courses can also be drafted from a text prompt describing what's needed, or built by customizing one of more than 1,000 free, editable courses in Mitti's library. Because Training is connected to the rest of the Mitti platform, a flagged inspection or reported issue can be turned into a course on the spot by asking Mitti's AI Assistant to build one.
To help training stick rather than just being completed once, Mitti Training includes quiz makers and pass/fail assignments to check understanding, spaced repetition that automatically resurfaces earlier lessons, and leaderboards, achievements and shareable certificates to encourage completion. Courses work offline, with progress syncing once a connection returns, and AI narration and translation can convert a course into more than 100 languages with one click.
On the management side, Training gives admins a training matrix showing gaps across the team, tracks certificates, credentials and licenses with expiry dates, and can combine digital course completions with in-person competency checks in a single record. Training data and reporting can also connect to tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Course types include onboarding, regulatory and compliance training, and work instructions built from existing standard operating procedures.
