Logixboard Helm is an AI-powered operations layer that helps forwarders manage shipments more accurately and efficiently. It acts as a system of action, reading emails and documents, drafting updates, and flagging exceptions to keep operations running smoothly. Helm is designed to cut costs, reduce cycle times, and improve operational control without increasing headcount.
The Logixboard Portal provides a modern, branded customer experience, allowing customers to track their shipments independently. It offers instant access to shipment milestones, documents, and communication, reducing the need for status calls and emails. This self-serve experience is live in weeks, not years, and integrates with the forwarder's existing TMS.
Founded by brothers Juan and Julian Alvarez in 2016, Logixboard was born out of a need to address inefficiencies in the freight forwarding industry. The company has grown significantly, attracting attention from investors and expanding its team. Logixboard's mission is to modernize the logistics industry by enabling companies to deliver an unparalleled customer experience, ultimately fueling their growth and sustainability.
Logixboard is trusted by leading logistics providers worldwide, with testimonials highlighting significant time savings and improved customer service. The platform's vision is to create a seamless, unified system where every facet of the supply chain is connected, delivering a market-leading tracking and management experience.
