Description
List It For AI is a platform designed to assist business owners in creating AI-readable business profiles without requiring technical expertise. Founded by Mark Seligan, this tool aims to bridge the gap between non-technical business owners and the rapidly evolving AI search landscape. Users can prepare, review, and publish owner-verified business listings, ensuring that their business facts are available in clear, structured formats. The process begins with verifying the business website, followed by reviewing and updating the extracted information. Once approved, the AI-adapted website goes live in the index, making it accessible to AI systems.

The platform offers a free AI visibility audit, which checks for crawler access, structured data, and other essential signals, providing actionable insights to improve AI visibility. The first 299 verified website listings are free, with subsequent listings costing $29.99 per year. This pricing model ensures affordability while maintaining manual renewal to avoid automatic charges.
List It For AI supports various technical methods, including JSON-LD and llms.txt recommendations, E-E-A-T checks, and schema consistency checks. It also provides public API access for approved listings, allowing software to access documented listing and search endpoints. The platform emphasizes the importance of owner verification to prevent unauthorized listings and ensures that all published information is owner-approved.
While List It For AI enhances AI visibility, it does not guarantee AI search rankings or citations, as each AI service selects its sources independently. The platform is ideal for business owners seeking to improve their online presence without altering their website code, offering a straightforward and efficient solution to navigate the complexities of AI search optimization.
