In the analysis phase, Levity helps uncover automation potential by identifying repetitive requests, handoffs, and bottlenecks across millions of emails. Users can explore analytics dashboards to monitor operational performance and automation impact in real-time, chat with their data using natural language, and prioritize high-impact workflows for automation. This deep dive into operational data provides clarity and identifies areas previously unmeasurable.
The build phase allows users to create and run automations reliably. Levity's AI Editor enables the design and deployment of automation flows for complex communication workflows, such as classifying emails, generating draft replies, summarizing threads, and extracting key information. Integrations with common tools like Cargowise, Outlook, Gmail, SAP, and Zendesk ensure seamless connection into existing ecosystems. Collaboration features allow product, ops, and IT teams to build and iterate on automations together, with access to specialists for complex integrations and production rollouts.
Scaling AI automations is achieved through visibility, human oversight, and continuous feedback. Levity provides quality control features to review and correct AI decisions, ensuring accuracy. The platform captures, analyzes, and prioritizes feedback to continuously improve AI automations, effectively turning human feedback into AI enhancements. Levity is designed for enterprise security and operational requirements, holding ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications, and is GDPR compliant.
Levity is particularly valuable for logistics teams looking to reduce manual work and enhance operational reliability. Use cases include spotting quoting, order entry, track & trace, document handling, arrival notices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. By transforming unstructured data streams into automated, scalable workflows, Levity drives genuine value creation and frees up valuable time for global operations.
