Description
Juris OS is a Danish AI platform for legal work, built by Juris Legal ApS in Copenhagen. It combines curated legal sources with an organization's own documents so that legal and non-legal staff alike can research questions, manage case materials and follow fixed workflows with built-in approval steps.

The platform is organized around several modules. The Assistant answers legal questions with citations, drawing on Danish legal sources, EU law and the organization's uploaded documents, and can run a deeper search when a question needs more thorough research. Collections keep a case's documents, conversations and context together so a team can return to them as work continues. Library lets an organization store and share its own guidelines, contract templates and reference material for reuse across cases. Workflows guide a recurring task through fixed steps with agreed approval points; Juris ships a ready-made workflow called Juris Aktindsigt for handling freedom-of-information requests in the public sector, covering the legal assessment, exemptions and draft responses, with a human making the final call at each approval step. Governance, available on Pro and Enterprise plans, lets authorized administrators track active users, conversations and workflow runs across the organization.
Juris OS is priced per user: the Core plan costs 395 kr per user per month billed annually (4,740 kr per user per year) or 495 kr per user per month billed monthly, both excluding VAT. Workflows, including Juris Aktindsigt, and custom-built workflows are purchased separately from the core subscription. New accounts must be approved by Juris before access is granted, and there is no self-serve trial; prospective customers instead book a workflow demo.
The platform targets organizations that work with legal questions rather than only law firms: private companies researching contracts, employment terms and compliance requirements across legal, HR, procurement and compliance teams, and public-sector case workers and authorities needing legal support for casework. Juris also runs a separate Bookstore program aimed at rights holders and AI teams, for licensing legal works to AI systems or building on licensed content, which operates under its own pilot terms rather than the standard Juris OS pricing.
