Description
Interm AI is an AI-powered interview coach that provides real-time assistance during live interviews. It listens to the conversation, analyzes questions as they are asked, and delivers instant guidance, answer frameworks, and feedback through audio and an on-screen overlay, described as being like Googling while you speak.

The overlay is designed to appear only on your screen and to stay out of screen recordings and shares, and the company states it has been tested with major platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Interm AI supports different interview types, including technical coding interviews with algorithm and system-design hints, behavioral questions using frameworks like STAR, and sales role scenarios with objection-handling and closing suggestions.
Alongside the live copilot, Interm AI offers a library of interview-preparation resources covering phone screenings, behavioral and technical questions, and second-round interviews. A free tier provides limited coaching, and paid plans add unlimited interviews, real-time coaching, and priority support.
