An application only counts as sent when the employer's own system confirms it. GetMattered submits on more than 30 named hiring systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Personio, Teamtailor and SmartRecruiters, and roles on other systems still reach your dashboard with a clear note that they cannot be filed for you. Submissions run from GetMattered's own servers, so there is no browser extension to install and your LinkedIn account is never touched.
The dashboard covers the rest of the search: job matching against your history, checks that flag likely ghost jobs before you apply, employer replies sorted into interview invites, confirmations and next steps, application tracking from applied to offer, and interview preparation. GetMattered also runs inside ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients through its MCP server, with sign-in by Google or a magic link and no API key.
The Free plan needs no card and includes 10,000 signup tokens, ATS scoring, resume tailoring and cover letters. Hired in 30 costs $38.99 a month and sends about 215 applications a month, each one picked with a swipe right. Hired Yesterday costs $89.99 a month, sends about 500 and adds hands-off Auto Apply. Weekly billing is also available. Plan tokens refill each billing period, and one-time top-ups never expire.
GetMattered is an independent product built and run by its founder, Ava Bagherzadeh, and funded by its subscribers. It never sells user data and never uses it to train AI models, and you can delete your resumes and application history from the dashboard at any time.
