Description
FullReviews helps small and local businesses manage their Google reviews with AI. It automatically replies to reviews so every customer gets an appropriate response, which makes customers feel appreciated, builds trust with prospects, and improves ranking in Google Maps search results. The AI can be configured to your chosen tone and is trained on your past replies so responses sound authentic and human.

You stay in control of automation: you can decide not to auto-reply to reviews below a certain rating or those containing profanity, and reply manually to selected reviews. The platform connects to your Google My Business account through Google's official, approved API, and you can add as many locations as you want.
Beyond replies, FullReviews collects customer insights, analyzes ratings, and measures your visibility and traffic from Google Maps. It is positioned as a transparent, affordable alternative to enterprise review tools that cost far more and require sales calls, focusing on the essentials that local businesses actually need.
