FormWise transforms trapped intellectual property, such as static documents, scattered prompts, and unscalable consulting hours, into interactive software products. Users upload their context, configure inputs, and deploy a branded portal where clients can generate specific deliverables. This creates a scalable revenue stream by offering clients direct access to the expert's brain without the limitations of time.
Key product types include SmartForms, which are guided forms that process client inputs through a user-defined workflow to generate editable, downloadable documents. CoPilots are chat agents designed for specific tasks, guiding clients through processes, applying decision logic, and producing structured deliverables through conversational interactions. Toolsets are branded, gated portals that aggregate multiple SmartForms and CoPilots, offering a unified experience where user context accumulates over time, making the AI smarter with each interaction. Experts are voice AI agents that provide guidance through real-time conversation, text or voice, embodying the expert's methodology and voice.
The platform supports a variety of AI models, including Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and Mistral, offering flexibility in workflow design. FormWise emphasizes ease of use, with features like the Agent Builder Wizard that generates working SmartForms or CoPilots from simple descriptions, eliminating the need for manual prompt engineering or workflow node setup. Deployment options are extensive, allowing integration into HighLevel sub-accounts, Kajabi memberships, custom domains via Login Mode, or as standalone links.
FormWise is designed for agencies and experts who want to create recurring revenue, scale their impact, and offer clients a premium, on-demand experience. It allows for the creation of software products that look and feel like consulting work, directly addressing client needs with personalized, AI-generated outputs. The platform also facilitates data integration, allowing AI products to interact with client systems like Shopify, QuickBooks, and HubSpot, further enhancing the value and utility of the generated deliverables.
