One of the standout features of Expedience is its seamless integration with Microsoft Copilot, allowing users to leverage generative AI to create or evolve proposal content securely behind their own firewall. This ensures 100% data security, as no content is ever uploaded to outside servers. Expedience manages the entire RFP response process directly within Microsoft Word, capturing customer requirements, flagging bid/no-bid items, creating ownership assignments, and documenting clarification questions.
Contributors do not need an Expedience subscription or specialized training, as the solution is native to Microsoft Word. This leads to greater participation and collaboration without extra costs. Expedience is designed to be secure, running natively inside Microsoft Word and behind existing firewalls, ensuring that proposal content is safe.
The software offers a range of features including proposal automation, content management, proposal governance, and human-in-the-loop AI workflows. It supports various document types such as proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses, and integrates with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for comprehensive automation capabilities.
Expedience is ideal for organizations that create high-value, complex proposals, including enterprise sales teams, professional services firms, engineering and construction companies, and government contractors. It offers a robust solution for automating complex sales documents, ensuring compliance, and maintaining brand governance.
