Once approved, Evalify searches more than 200 million patents plus non-patent literature, including OpenAlex, arXiv, PubMed and IETF RFCs, across more than 170 jurisdictions and any language, screening candidates for relevance. It charts every claim element by element against the product in question, and multiple AI agents cross-examine each claim chart, surfacing disagreements rather than resolving them silently, so the attorney can see where the analysis is uncertain. The whole first pass, according to Evalify, takes about 15 minutes.
Each run produces two documents: a short FTO Brief with the clearance opinion, a Clearance Score from 250 to 900, and jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction risk, and a longer Full Report with every charted claim, the full roster of patents assessed, and patents screened out with the reason why. Both export as PDF or an editable Word file, and every AI-drafted element is marked as such versus what the attorney has edited, so the audit trail stays intact. An AI assistant built into each report lets an attorney ask why a claim was charted a certain way or what the search covered.
Evalify states that uploaded input material is never retained after a run and is not used to train any model; only the resulting analysis is stored, in the attorney's own account. Pricing is per report rather than a subscription: a Standard report costs $259 for an IP5 search or $295 for a global search, and a Counsel-Grade report, which charts every independent claim and also makes ongoing monitoring available, costs $395 (IP5) or $459 (global). Monitoring an already-cleared position costs $49 per check. Evalify is explicit that its output is an analytical work product, not a substitute for an attorney's own opinion of counsel.
