Description
Earn Better by EarnIn is the renamed continuation of EarnBetter, now delivered from inside the EarnIn app rather than as a standalone product. EarnIn describes itself as a financial technology company, and Earn Better is its free AI-powered job search and resume tool, not a staffing agency or employer.

The core promise is that career tools which are usually paywalled elsewhere are free here: a resume built in minutes, job matches, and interview preparation, with no charge to the job seeker. Its job matching draws from more than 5 million available jobs and ranks results by fit rather than by which employer paid to promote a listing, a contrast it draws directly against typical job boards. Users can tailor their resume and application for a specific job in a few taps rather than rewriting from scratch each time.
Beyond matching and the resume builder, Earn Better prepares candidates for the interview itself: it generates a custom cheat sheet and a mock interview tailored to the specific role, accessible from a phone. To use it, a person opens the EarnIn app and finds Earn Better inside it, builds a resume tuned to the jobs they want, then gets matches, tailors applications and preps for interviews from the same place.
Earn Better by EarnIn is rated 4.8 out of 5 on the App Store (more than 450,000 reviews) and 4.8 out of 5 on Google Play (more than 300,000 reviews), and EarnIn as a whole reports more than 29 million app downloads. It is aimed at job seekers who want resume help, job matching and interview prep without paying for separate subscriptions, and who are already using or willing to use the EarnIn app to access it. As a financial technology company, EarnIn also notes that banking services referenced elsewhere in its app are provided by FDIC-member banks, though that is separate from the job search features themselves.
