Description
DeltaSignal Radar, built by AITrailblazer, reads SEC filings and returns short briefs that retail traders and independent investors can act on without reading the original filing. It covers the main EDGAR filing types: Form 4 insider transactions, 8-K material events, 10-Q quarterly reports, 10-K annual reports, Schedule 13D and 13G ownership stakes, and proxy statements.

Radar is delivered as an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server rather than a standalone app. Users add its endpoint to an AI assistant such as Muse, authenticate with a bearer token, and then ask about filings in plain language. Five tools handle the core workflow: get_recent_filings lists the latest filings, get_filing_summary produces a plain-English brief for one filing, watch_add and watch_list manage a personal ticker watchlist, and get_scoreboard shows a public record of past briefs and calls.
Alerts stream from the SEC EDGAR feed as filings are published, so a brief can reach a user while the filing is still fresh. A Form 4 summary separates routine, pre-planned insider sales made under Rule 10b5-1 from higher-conviction open-market purchases by executives and directors. The public scoreboard can be browsed without an account; adding an email saves a personal watchlist and turns on alerts.
DeltaSignal Radar is free for retail traders and independent investors, with no paid tiers, no credit card and no trial that expires. Access, watchlists and alerts are set up by contacting the AITrailblazer team directly rather than through self-serve signup.
It's built for individual investors who want to track insider activity and filing events on the tickers they hold without reading full SEC documents themselves. The service is explicit that its output is analytical content, not investment advice, and that AITrailblazer is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer and is not affiliated with the SEC. AITrailblazer separately runs a website-operations service for agencies, but Radar itself is focused on SEC filing intelligence.
