The process begins with a farmer proposing a project, detailing the required capital, cost plan, and harvest estimate. Once approved, investors can fund the project, receiving non-transferable share tokens in return. The funds are released in three stages: planting, growing, and pre-harvest, contingent upon verification by an AI agent and the cooperative.
The AI agent, registered under ERC-8004, plays a crucial role by analyzing field photos, GPS data, and weather conditions to ensure the project's progress aligns with the plan. If discrepancies arise, the cooperative can intervene, and unresolved issues are escalated to the admin for a final decision.
Upon successful harvest, the sales proceeds are distributed according to a predefined profit-sharing model: 55% to the farmer, 40% to investors, and 5% to a reserve fund. This model not only supports farmers but also mitigates risks for investors, offering a projected return of around 20% per season.
BagiPanen is currently in its prototype phase on the BSC Testnet, using demo tokens.
