Description
ApplyIQ is a free AI-powered job application tool developed by Adzuna to streamline the job application process for job seekers. By leveraging the latest advances in AI and large language models, ApplyIQ focuses on quality over quantity, ensuring that applications are submitted only to highly relevant job matches. Users can upload their resumes, specify job preferences, and let ApplyIQ handle the application process. The tool automatically submits applications on behalf of users, who receive email notifications with job details each time an application is submitted. Users can also view these details in their Adzuna account.

ApplyIQ ensures that applications are only sent to jobs that match the user's skills and requirements. Users have control over the job titles, locations, and salary preferences for which applications are submitted. The tool never applies to previous employers and limits applications to the same company to twice within a 60-day period. Users can start, pause, or stop applications at any time from their dashboard, and ApplyIQ will check in every 60 days to confirm continued interest in job searching.
The tool is designed to eliminate personal bias by not using personal data such as age, gender, religion, or ethnicity when matching jobs. While ApplyIQ does not rewrite resumes, users can update their resumes as needed. The service is completely free, with no premium tiers or hidden costs. ApplyIQ is ideal for job seekers looking to save time and increase their chances of landing interviews by applying to jobs as soon as they are advertised.
