Description
Helm is an AI-powered executive team designed specifically for small business operators. It includes five domain-specific advisors: a CFO, COO, CMO, HR Director, and General Counsel. These advisors are permanently briefed on your specific business, providing advice that is checked against your actual documents and financials. Helm's unique approach involves a two-step verification process where the AI actively researches your documents, live QuickBooks data, and other business records before providing answers. This ensures that the advice you receive is grounded in your real business context.

Helm is particularly beneficial for businesses with 1 to 50 employees, offering a comprehensive suite of advisory services without the need for a full-time executive team. It is not intended for pre-revenue solo founders or larger companies with existing executive staff. The platform integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks Online, allowing your CFO to access live Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and cash positions, providing real-time financial insights.
The service is priced at USD 49 per month, with an option for an annual billing cycle. Helm offers unlimited conversations with all five advisors, ensuring that you never have to start from scratch with each session. The platform is designed to be user-friendly, requiring no AI experience or technical skills to operate. Helm guarantees data security with encrypted, read-only access to your QuickBooks data, ensuring that your information is never used to train AI models.
Helm's value proposition lies in its ability to provide tailored, actionable advice that is specific to your business needs. It eliminates the need for prompt engineering, allowing you to communicate with the AI as you would with a real advisor. This makes Helm an ideal solution for small business operators looking to make informed decisions with confidence.
