Description
Falcon3-10B-Instruct is part of the Falcon3 family of Open Foundation Models, developed by the Technology Innovation Institute. It is a transformer-based causal decoder-only architecture featuring 40 decoder blocks and Grouped Query Attention for faster inference. The model is designed to achieve state-of-the-art results in reasoning, language understanding, instruction following, code, and mathematics tasks. It supports four languages: English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, and offers a context length of up to 32K.
The model is post-trained on 1.2 million samples of STEM, conversational, code, safety, and function call data, utilizing 1024 H100 GPU chips. Falcon3-10B-Instruct is licensed under the TII Falcon-LLM License 2.0 and is set to be released in December 2024. It has demonstrated high performance in various benchmarks, including IFEval, BBH, MATH Lvl-5, GPQA, and MUSR.
