The 25th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies (ICALT 2025) is a premier event organized by the IEEE Computer Society Technical Community on Learning Technology. It serves as a platform for researchers, educators, and industry professionals to share original academic and industrial research in the field of advanced learning technologies and technology-enhanced learning.
The conference covers a wide array of tracks, including Technologies for Open Learning and Education, Adaptive and Personalized Technology-Enhanced Learning, Mobile Applications of Learning Technologies, Digital Game and Intelligent Toy Enhanced Learning, Computer Supported Collaborative Learning, Big Data in Education and Learning Analytics, Technology-Enhanced Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Education, Technology-Enhanced Language Learning, Technology-supported education for people with disabilities, Artificial Intelligence and Smart Learning Environments, Augmented Reality and Virtual Worlds in Education and Training, Motivational and Affective Aspects in Technology-enhanced Learning, and Technology-Enhanced Assessment in Formal and Informal Education.
ICALT 2025 encourages submissions of full papers, short papers, discussion papers, and Doctoral Consortium papers. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Conference Publishing Services, with indexing partners including EI, Scopus, and Conference Proceedings Citation Index.
The event will feature keynote speeches from distinguished experts in the field, including Wen-Lian Hsu from Asia University, Taiwan; Kinshuk from the University of North Texas, USA; and Tanja Mitrovic from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. The conference will be held from July 14-17, 2025, with online participation facilitated via WebEx. Important dates for submissions, notifications, and registration are provided, with deadlines ranging from January 12, 2025, for initial submissions to June 27, 2025, for online non-author registration.
