Description
Trakrio is a comprehensive browser extension designed to simplify and enhance the job application experience. Available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave, it acts as an AI assistant throughout the entire job search journey, from finding suitable roles to preparing for interviews. The core functionality revolves around intelligently adapting your application materials to each specific job opportunity.

Upon installation, Trakrio allows users to import their CV from a PDF, Word file, or LinkedIn profile. Its "Sacha" AI coach then helps enrich the CV by identifying missing information and asking relevant questions, ensuring all details are accurate and complete without inventing any facts. Users can search for jobs across multiple sites directly within the extension, with results displayed live and sorted by newest first. Trakrio also recognizes jobs opened on platforms like LinkedIn or employer career sites.
A key feature is the AI-powered job match analysis. With a single click, Trakrio compares job requirements against your CV, indicating whether each requirement is met, partial, or missing, and providing evidence from your CV. This helps applicants understand their fit before applying. The extension then tailors your CV to the job's language, writes answers to application questions, and generates cover letters. It automatically fills in application forms on career sites, including multi-page forms and custom drop-down lists. Crucially, Trakrio never submits applications automatically; users always review and click "Submit."
Beyond application submission, Trakrio offers robust tracking capabilities. It automatically detects when an application is sent, recording statuses, notes, and setting follow-up reminders. An optional mail connector can even spot recruiters' replies in your emails and link them to the correct application. For interview preparation, Trakrio generates a personalized pitch, likely questions, and structured answers based on your background and the specific job, including advice on addressing weak spots or CV gaps.
Trakrio operates on a freemium model. It offers a generous free version with unlimited use for non-AI features and weekly AI credits for tasks like CV tailoring and analysis. Unlimited AI plans are available for those with higher application volumes, offering no commitment and cancel-anytime flexibility. The service is GDPR compliant and hosted in Europe, with a strong emphasis on user control and data privacy, ensuring nothing is sent without explicit user consent.
