One of the key features of Mercer Mettl is its seamless integration with existing Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring a smooth experience for both students and administrators. The platform offers automated invigilation, utilizing both AI and human-based monitoring to maintain exam integrity. This includes three-point authentication to verify the identity of test-takers and a secure browser to prevent external assistance.
Mercer Mettl is designed to handle large-scale examinations, capable of conducting over 200,000 exams per day. It also provides robust data security, with data encryption and compliance with international standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR. After exams, the platform allows for online result declaration, progress monitoring, and the customization of auto-generated certificates.
The platform's remote invigilation technology reduces the need for physical test centers, thus decreasing the carbon footprint and providing a more flexible testing environment. This technology also saves time for educators by offering automated grading and evaluation. Mercer Mettl supports an unlimited number of students, simplifying digital recordkeeping and ensuring continuity in learning and service delivery.
